Which haircut should I book?
Book Express for a quick clean-up with no blow dry, Maintenance to keep or reshape your current style, and Transformative when you want a new length or shape.
How do I know how many foils I need?
Book the option closest to what you want and your stylist will confirm it at your consult. If you need more or fewer foils, we adjust before we start.
Can I get a cut with my color?
Yes. Add a haircut to any color service for $30.
Why do prices change by stylist?
Each stylist is priced by experience and demand, from Level 1 to Level 5. You get the full Haven experience at every level, so you can book the stylist that fits your budget.
How often should I come back?
Haircuts every 12 to 16 weeks, foils every 8 to 12 weeks, root touch-ups every 5 to 7 weeks and a gloss every 6 to 8 weeks.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows are charged 50% of the service. Full policy.

Appointment times vary by stylist and often fall outside front desk hours, so check online booking for the full schedule. Our front desk answers texts Monday to Friday 10 to 5 and Saturday 10 to 4.
