Which stylist should I book?
Take our 60-second Stylist Match Quiz. It looks at your hair goals, budget and the kind of appointment you enjoy, then recommends the stylist who fits you best.
What happens at my first visit?
Every first visit starts with a consultation about your goals, your maintenance routine and a long-term plan for your hair, before any color or cutting begins.
Why do prices change by stylist?
Each stylist is priced by experience and demand, from Level 1 to Level 5. You get the full Haven experience at every level, so you can book the stylist that fits your budget.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows are charged 50% of the service. Full policy.
Do I need a consultation first?
You don't need one to book. For a big color change or correction, we always start with a consultation. It's free, takes about 15 minutes, and you can book it online by choosing Consultation.
Can I book more than one service?
Yes. Add each service when you book online, like a Root Touch-Up with a Maintenance Cut, and your stylist will plan the time for both.
Do Haven Rewards apply to independent artists?
Points apply to services with Haven stylists and to any retail purchase. Independent artists run their own businesses, so their services don't earn points.
