Haven is a hybrid salon with commission and booth rental paths. Some stylists want more support and guidance, others want the freedom to run their own business, and we built a place for both.

MORE THAN A COMMISSION SPLIT
Instead of a flat rate, Haven uses a sliding incremental commission scale that grows with you. Stylists move through commission tiers based on weekly service performance, commitment to education, retail engagement, and consistency and professionalism. You always know what you're working toward and how to get there, without managing the business side on your own.

Run your own business with full creative freedom inside a thoughtfully run salon that values collaboration, professionalism and community. You keep full ownership of your business, your brand and your schedule, and we provide the environment that lets you do your best work.
Our rental model removes the usual pain points of independent work: unclear systems, hidden costs, low visibility and figuring everything out alone. You get the freedom you want with the infrastructure you need.

FULL-TIME STATION RENTAL
$300/week
A dedicated station with access throughout the salon week, plus all of Haven's renter amenities. Full-time rental is our primary option and gives you the most flexibility, consistency and access.
LIMITED PART-TIME RENTAL
$75/day
For established artists who want a consistent, limited schedule. Part-time rentals use a shared station on set contracted days, based on current availability, and not every day combination may be offered.

- Backbar shampoo and conditioner, towels and capes
- Heated eye pillows and facial waxing products for your guests

- Salon guest policies template and setup
- Business coaching for licensing, insurance, banking and structure
- Welcome marketing package: Canva posts, QR signage, business card templates and station signage
- A listing on our Team page
- Salon marketing campaigns, community events and client referrals from our team
