What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
We are so excited that you have chosen us to help you look and feel beautiful! Once you select your stylist and book your appointment online you will receive a confirmation text message with your appointment details. In order to best prepare for your visit we love to see your inspo pictures so our artists can come up with the best game plan for your appointment. You may send them to us via text message at (386)227-7970. Look out for a confirmation text message 48 hours prior to your appointment and a reminder text message 2 hours before your visit.
The Consultation
Our stylists dedicate anywhere from 5-15 minutes talking to you about your hair history and discussing your hair health as well as your goals. This is where photos are the most helpful. They allow us to make sure we are on the same page about what your expectations are when you walk out of the salon. While we do our best to achieve the results you want, we will talk about the steps needed to take to reach your goal and make recommendations based on what we think will work for you and your lifestyle.
After Goodbye
In order to keep your hair color and cut looking fresh, we recommend pre-booking your next appointment before you leave the salon. In the meantime, using salon quality products prescribed by your stylist will ensure your hair gets the proper care it needs to stay healthy. We are always available through text message to answer any hair maintenance questions you may have. We loved welcoming you into our haven and would appreciate a review on our google page!
