Terms & Conditions

At Haven Beauty, we value your time, your trust, and your experience with us. The following Terms & Conditions are in place to ensure clarity, respect, and consistency for both our guests and our team.

 

By booking an appointment, providing payment information, or receiving services, you agree to the following:

Appointments & Booking

All appointments are reserved specifically for you. We kindly ask that all guests provide accurate contact information when booking.

A valid card on file may be required to secure your appointment.​

 

Card on File

By booking with Haven Beauty, you agree to keep a valid card on file. This card may be used in accordance with our policies, including late cancellations, missed appointments, or any applicable fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee. This allows us to respect the time reserved for you and accommodate other guests.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to stay on schedule for all guests.

Please note that the full service cost may still apply.​

 

Missed Appointments

If you miss your appointment without notice, a 50% service fee will be applied.

Repeated missed appointments may require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings.

Services & Adjustments

All services are customized and non-refundable.

If you have any concerns, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to make reasonable adjustments when needed.

Requests outside of this timeframe or changes in preference will be considered a new service.

Retail Purchases

Unopened products may be returned for store credit within 7 days.

Opened products are not eligible for return.

Pricing & Payments

Service pricing may vary depending on hair length, density, and overall service time. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation.

Payment is due at the time services are completed.

Salon Experience

To maintain a relaxing and welcoming environment for all guests:

 

  • Children must be supervised unless receiving a service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if behavior is disruptive or inappropriate

Inclement Weather

In the event of severe weather, we understand that plans may change. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion, and we will gladly help you reschedule.

Photography

We love sharing our work. Photos or videos may be taken for marketing and social media.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know prior to your service.

Client Responsibility

For the best results, we ask that all guests provide honest and accurate information regarding their hair history.

Haven Beauty is not responsible for outcomes affected by undisclosed information or failure to follow aftercare recommendations.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
