I'm a new client. Do I need a consultation?​

While we don't require a consultation to secure your appointment, it may be helpful to schedule a one on one appointment with us to go over your needs. A consultation typically takes around 15 minutes. During this time our stylists will discuss your budget, as well as the steps that will be needed to get your hair to your desired goal. We love pictures and strongly recommend you bring in2-3 inspiration photos.
Does Haven Beauty offer gift certificates?
Yes, Haven Beauty offers gift certificates! Give the gift of beauty and relaxation to your friends and family. Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount and are redeemable for services and products.
How far in advanced do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?​

We understand life is unpredictable and unexpected things come up. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. As hairstylists, if we don't have a client we are not getting paid, this allows us sufficient time to get the appointment slot filled.
Is tipping customary at Haven Beauty?
Gratuity is greatly appreciated but is not required. If you feel that your service provider has gone above and beyond to give you a great service experience, a gratuity is an excellent way to show your appreciation.
